Kelli Flanner recently joined the RPC staff. She previously worked for DCCCA Evaluation Services.

Who we are

The RPC acts as a catalyst to reinforce messages that promote positive behaviors for youth and adults and to encourage all individuals to lead a healthy and productive life. Efforts are concentrated in drawing together all community resources to combat substance abuse, teen pregnancy, violence, juvenile delinquency and school drop-out.
